How do I get started?
Fill out the form on the contact page and I’ll reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and whether we’re a good fit.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. In addition to in-person sessions in Houston, I offer virtual sessions through a secure video platform.
How long are sessions, and how often do we meet?
Sessions are 50 minutes long. Most people start with weekly sessions, and we can adjust the frequency as your needs change.
Do you take insurance?
No. This is a self-pay practice, and I don’t bill insurance. Sessions are $75 each, paid directly. Because you’re paying on your own, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of your expected costs (see above).
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, are charged the full session fee of $75.
What is an LPC-Associate?
An LPC-Associate is a counselor in Texas who has completed a master’s degree in counseling and passed the licensing exam, and who practices under the supervision of a board-approved supervisor (LPC-S) while completing the hours required for full licensure.
